Meet Our President

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from West Liberty University and became certified in K-6 Education and K-12 Special Education. Starting in 2014 as an Intervention Specialist, Kelly developed and utilized her degree, education, and skills to assess, develop, and manage individual education plans for students, including students with special needs. In 2022, Kelly left the field of education and entered the private business sector by becoming President and majority owner of LaRoche Aviation Services LLC. Since that time, Kelly has used her years of experience in managing personnel, developing strategic plans, and implementing specific operations to lead LaRoche Aviation to new heights. Kelly has a vision to make LaRoche Aviation one of the best in the tree aviation industry and she continues every day to make that a reality.
